History of Nike Air Jordan 1
The shoe was first worn by Michael Jordan the guy behind the brand during an NBA match in 1984. However, it was made available for public buying only the next year. Peter C. Moore originally designed the shoes as a basketball shoe. Michael Jordan, the most acclaimed basketball player of the period, is the reason behind the name and logo of the Nike Air Jordan 1, which remains unchanged. The nostalgic silhouette Jumpman logo is considered a swag status and comes with extensive brag rights. However, the first Jordan’s to come out is notoriously known to be banned.
